The
Process
Applying the 3D
fluid graphics is a four part process.
1. The part is
cleaned / degreased and allowed to dry. If any
restoration work (gouges, nicks etc need to be fixed
this will be done at this time.
2. Base coat /
primer is applied and allowed to dry.
3. Film is cut
to desired length and placed on water in a temperature /
PH controlled tank. An activator is sprayed on the
film and part is dipped into the tank at the correct
angle to insure even coating without stretching and
breaking the film. Part is rinsed in clean water
to remove any excess film and allowed to dry.
4. Automotive
top coat is applied and allowed to dry. |
